There is no one correct way to pray. But, when developing a habit of prayer, it is helpful to have a method to fall back on. Below is a reading plan that provides a tour through the Gospel of Luke. The stories of the Gospels can provide a great springboard for our prayer. In it, you will follow the narrative of the Gospel tracing the life of Jesus from his birth to his death and resurrection.
Read through one meditation each day using the method of Preparation, Consideration, Conversation, Conclusion outlined in the FOCUSequip article, “How do I pray?” Most practices take around a month to become a habit.
